Losing weight is one thing. Succeeding in maintaining your habits for two years is another. Yet this is what Ritm did, who claims to have lost 26 kilos and never had the impression of living to the rhythm of the restrictions.

Every year diets promise quick results. In fact, many people face the same problem: staying put over time. The first days go well, then the differences accumulate, meals are improvised and good intentions often end up taking a back seat. It is precisely this observation that makes Ritm’s testimony interesting.

On Instagram, the young woman told how she had lost 26 kilos in the space of two years. Not by following a trendy diet for a few weeks, but by adopting an organization that she stuck to for many months. Indeed, she explains that she mainly sought to make her diet easier to manage on a daily basis. Many people spend their time wondering what they are going to eat, looking for a meal idea or hesitating between several options. Over time, this can make it difficult to follow a balanced diet. She therefore chose a much more structured approach, with fixed benchmarks from one day to the next.

One of the focal points of his diet was protein. For several years, they have occupied an important place in nutritional recommendations intended for people who wish to lose weight. They promote satiety and allow you to maintain muscle mass during weight loss. Ritm explains that he builds his days around meals sufficiently rich in protein to avoid hunger pangs and repeated snacking which can quickly increase calorie intake.

But his testimony is not just about proteins. In her video, she sums up her experience in one sentence: “I ate the same three meals every day, and I lost 26 kg.” She calls this method her “Indian slimming” tip. Very concretely, every morning, she started her day with a bowl rich in protein. For lunch, she ate a plate of chicken, rice and vegetables. In the evening, she found chicken keema, an Indian specialty, accompanied by a slice of roti and a salad.

However, the young woman also emphasizes another aspect: pleasure. Throughout her weight loss, she never denied herself a little indulgent moment. Every evening, she also treated herself to a square of dark chocolate. In short, a food program that makes you want to get started!
