Financial education must become a priority. According to the Banque de France financial culture barometer 2024, only 30% of French people feel confident in their ability to manage their money effectively. It is in this context that Spak, a platform dedicated to financial pedagogy, launched the Grand Prix of Financial Education, in partnership with Capital And supported by France Fintech, place of investors and opinionway.
With more than 50 applications received, this first edition highlights actors committed to making finance more accessible. “Financial education is a crucial issue for the financial autonomy of the French. This first edition of the Grand Prix highlights exceptional actors who innovate and engage concretely in this area ”underlines Anne-Claire Bennevault, founder of Spak.
The big winners
In the category ImpactThe Trade Republic Savings Application has distinguished itself for its large -scale financial education initiatives, in particular via the Capital TV program Epargne on M6. Entrepreneurship side, Bpifrance Was rewarded for my Créa, a digital tool accompanying business creators in 10 stages.
The asset manager Amundi won the Influencer Collaboration Prize for Back To Basics, a series of educational podcasts (12 episodes) produced with Martingale, Matthieu Stefani’s podcast. In the women’s category, The first of Guyana were praised for their work with local entrepreneurs, with training and support in financial management.
In savings, the EPSOR specialized platform has distinguished itself for its innovative approach to employee and retirement savings, in particular by offering employees regular “market points” to help them better arbitrate their savings. In wealth management, Financial benevolence (LBF) was awarded for his pedagogy and tailor-made support solutions.
The Tech B2B Prize has been awarded to Wizbii Moneya simulator allowing young people to access more than 500 financial aids. For those under 35, the startup Virgil, which helps first-time buyers, won the category with Spoune, a bi-sumal newsletter helping young people better manage their finances and access the property.
On the side of solutions for children and adolescents, Pixpay Was awarded for its payment card and educational application, which initiates young people from 10 years old to financial management under the parents’ control. In the new category, Sowhat Started with its free application which simplifies the management of personal finances by connecting all bank accounts in a single interface.
Finally, two special prizes were awarded: Croesus was rewarded for dilemma, an educational game helping to better manage a budget and fight against financial precariousness, and Spiri received the Sustainable Finance Prize for its EURO Objective Climate Fund, a responsible investment product supporting the ecological transition.
