The actress, who attended her first Met Gala in 2004, walked the red carpet for the first time in her career wearing a creation from the French house. For this 2026 edition whose theme was “Fashion is art” – or “Fashion is an art” – the invited personalities redoubled their efforts. The actress wore a strapless dress made of black satin, embellished with a flared skirt in gazar which is a rigid fabric allowing this volume at the back of the creation. The latter was covered with a muslin veil embroidered with fabric flowers. These multiple colorful flowers covered the dress, but also the blonde’s 20’s style hairstyle. Result: a harmonious and spring look which gave it a fabulous glow.
When it comes to her accessories, Naomi Watts also set her sights on Dior. As her floor-length dress swept the floor, she sported pumps from the French luxury house. Moreover, her jewelry came from the High Jewelry collection of Dior.
