When the owners contacted the hemea agency, they already knew exactly what they wanted to redesign their large apartment in the 15th arrondissement. A guideline emerged: make tailor-made the new king of places.

A renovation was necessary, both to modernize the decoration, but also to improve daily use. The space was dominated by a palette of sandy tones, from the pedestal sink, a vestige of the past, to the built-in bathtub, creating an atmosphere that was certainly coherent, but today perceived as a bit oppressive. It was the perfect example of a room that had aged with its previous occupants, retaining its nostalgic charm but sorely lacking relief, brightness and optimized storage. The potential was just waiting to be revealed!
Radical change of look for this bathroom which abandons its melancholy past for a graphic mineral aesthetic. The contrast is striking: where the space once seemed partitioned, it now exudes serenity. The outdated sink has given way to a wall-mounted dark wood vanity unit, bringing a much-needed touch of organic warmth. The double sink integrated into an immaculate countertop and the minimalist built-in taps confirm the high-end bias.
Goodbye to the cramped bathtub! A large walk-in shower, protected by a full-height glass wall, now occupies the space. The extra-flat tray and the recessed shower column optimize visual fluidity. Everything here exudes modernity, the challenge is met.
