To get rid of cellulite and reshape your thighs, it is not enough to multiply the exercises at random: it is the sequence that makes all the difference. Cardio to activate circulation, strengthening to build muscle in depth and dynamic movements to drain: combined in the same session, these three pillars make up the best anti-cellulite training. Here is the most complete routine to adopt for firm, shapely legs and visibly smoother skin.

Laura Jaramillo therefore begins with squats with a kettlebell to activate all of the thighs and firm the glutes, then she moves on to lunges with weights to target each leg in depth and boost the shape, and finally she finishes with the step-up box exercise, a functional exercise which stimulates both muscle tone and blood circulation.
