Shy’m has been a fan of tattoos for a long time. The 40-year-old singer has one in a well-hidden place, which she doesn’t see either…

Recently, Shy’m made a resounding return to the small screen by surpassing its limits in Fort Boyard. The 40-year-old singer was indeed part of the team of her companion, Jérémy Frérot, who raised the tidy sum of 23,800 euros for the Surfrider Foundation.

Shy’m has an extremely well hidden tattoo: “Personal meaning”

If the singer seems happy on a sentimental level, she is very modest when it comes to discussing her emotions. Questioned by Faustine Bollaert about her way of loving a few years ago, the forty-year-old confided that she was very quiet and was not “very demonstrative”.

“That’s why I have a tattoo on my lip that says ‘I love you’”she then declared to Current Woman. The singer then showed the inner mucosa of her lower lip, where her tattoo is, before detailing: “For the record, there is a meaning which is also a little bit personal, but it’s something that I can feel, that I will sometimes want to say, well very rarely anyway… But it doesn’t come out of there, out of my mouth, it stays stuck between the lips”.

Shy’m and her tattoo that she “can’t see either”

The interpreter of I am me therefore chose to get a tattoo on an area that is not usually visible: “It’s for me, there are a lot of tattoos that are not meant to be shown and that I don’t see either“. And to add: “But there is a meaning in keeping something, which corresponds to a period of my life, in keeping it engraved on my body”. Passionate about tattoos, she “stopped counting them around 20/25 years old”.

Tattoos are a way for those who are shy by nature to express themselves differently. “For me, who doesn’t talk much, it’s like a personal diary. These tattoos correspond to moments in my life or to trips“, she also confided. A few years ago, Shy’m had also revealed a new tattoo, perhaps the most important: the first name of her 5-year-old son, Tahoma, as well as his date of birth, engraved on his neck.
