Muriel Robin and Anne Le Nen star in the TF1 detective fiction, Master Crimes. A program in which they play the two leading roles: one playing a police captain who sticks to the rules, the other a professor of psycho-criminology, a little less careful when it comes to protocol. But the story is also written outside the cameras for the two women…
Muriel Robin and Anne Le Nen as a couple for 18 years: the day they met
Married since 2021, the 69-year-old comedian and the 53-year-old actress met by chance during an evening with friends. In December 2023, Muriel Robin and Anne Le Nen had also agreed to speak in front of the cameras of Seven to Eight on TF1 to go behind the scenes of their meeting.
Muriel Robin then confided her immediate love at first sight for Anne Le Nen. “I was with friends, we were having a drink, I was about to leave and one of my friends said to me: ‘You know the girl I told you about who looks like Romy Schneider, she’s going to come and have a drink'”she began. Before continuing, still losing his words years later: “And so I’m waiting for Anne, and there it is…” For the one who was in a relationship with Catherine Lara, it was obvious when faced with this stranger.
“I don’t want to be with a woman anymore, and even less with someone famous.”
Anne Le Nen then continued: ‘After a quarter of an hour, we could have said to ourselves: ‘We’re going home’ (…) There is something obvious and family.” And the two women subsequently recount their second meeting, which took place during the screening of Meet in unknown landthe Frédéric Lopez show in which Muriel Robin participated. “We are sitting next to each other. Muriel is with a child. And at that moment a flash crosses me where I see us together with a child with a child elsewhere”initiated Anne Le Nen.
Before admitting: “I get up to leave because I don’t want to be with a woman anymore, and even less with someone famous. And so I get up to leave and Muriel grabs my hand…”. And Muriel Robin concludes: “And I tell him, ‘I know what you just thought, I’ll tell you. I’m sure I’m not wrong, but we’ll talk about it later.’. It was the start of a great story!
