In the morning, there are those who have time to prepare a real breakfast… and everyone else. A slimming preparation stands out today because it is really easy to make at home and above all because it really sticks.

Between waking up three times, transport and days at a hundred miles an hour, many are content with a hastily drunk coffee and a few biscuits before leaving. This is precisely why express slimming recipes are so popular on social networks. This is the case of the one recently published by dietician Emma Filoche, known on Instagram as @emmafitnessgoal: “The kind of quick, delicious and filling breakfast when you have zero time in the morning.”

In recent years, dieticians have often warned about breakfasts that are too sugary. In France, many remain accustomed to white bread, industrial cereals or pastries. The problem is not eating it once in a while, it is above all that this type of meal lacks protein and fiber, two elements that help avoid the big hunger strike at the end of the morning. As a result, at 10:30 a.m., some people are already looking for a snack or heading back to the café. In Emma Filoche’s recipe, the idea is precisely to have something more balanced without falling into ultra-strict preparations or overpriced ingredients.

First of all, there is oats, helping to slow down digestion and allowing you to last longer without eating again. Skyr, this yogurt very rich in protein, is used here to make the recipe more filling without adding fat. As for frozen raspberries, they add a slightly tangy taste, notably enhancing the taste of oats. This is also why this recipe works so well: it doesn’t feel like you’re eating a “diet meal.” Emma Filoche even describes the result as “soft, warm, slightly melting in the center… it looks like a dessert but a balanced version”.

Very concretely, all you have to do is mix in a ramekin 40 grams of mixed oats, an egg, two tablespoons of skyr, a tablespoon of compote or half a banana, a little honey, yeast and cinnamon. The raspberries are added to the center before microwaving for two minutes at maximum power. Once cooked, Emma Filoche recommends adding a little skyr on top with some lime zest to bring even more freshness. The result is a protein bowl cake that is super easy to make.

Another advantage: the ingredients can be found in any supermarket and the recipe can easily be modified depending on what is left in the fridge. Some replace the raspberries with blueberries, others put pieces of pear or a square of dark chocolate in the center. The compote can also be replaced with half a crushed banana. In the end, for a portion, the cost remains reasonable, around a few euros maximum depending on the products chosen. It’s much less than a trip to the bakery before work.
