Note also that the choice of dinner directly influences the quality of sleep and, by extension, weight management. Too rich in processed sugars or foods, it can disrupt rest and promote fat storage. A balanced meal, however, provides the necessary energy without overloading the organism. According to the dietician, the ideal meal should combine legumes, colored vegetables and various seasonings. The dinner par excellence? A breeze based on spicy lenses accompanied by roasted vegetables.

Lentils, rich in protein and fiber, are a clever choice to support satiety while stabilizing blood sugar. Green vegetables and roots, such as broccoli, carrots, beets or sweet potatoes, are full of vitamins and minerals. A colorful, nutritious and full plate, perfect for those who want to combine pleasure and lightness on a daily basis.
