Certain clues are unmistakable as to the intentions of your superiors…

How to recognize a discreet dismissal? At first everything seems normal. We don’t tell you anything, but everything finally seems to gently push you towards the exit… until the ax falls. This is an increasingly widespread phenomenon. But there are several identifiable signs to know when you find yourself in such a situation…

Finally, you may be confronted with vague responses from management and expressions like “realignment of resources” or “change of priorities” which leave room for doubt. The fact that vacant positions around you are not being replaced may also indicate a reduction in company costs and therefore, perhaps ultimately, your own dismissal.

If you find yourself in such a scenario and end up getting fired, it is entirely possible to bounce back. Several initiatives are good to take such as updating your CV, activating your network or even training in new skills, particularly related to Artificial Intelligence,
