Don’t you think that in parishes too little is said about the Pope’s teaching, in particular about Wednesday catechesis? But little is said about the magisterium of the Bishops… It seems to me that parishes are often self-referential.

To grow in faith, the initiatives of the parish must be integrated with the “thought faith”, which is (also) what emerges from the magisterium of the Pope and the bishops. We are all called to read more, to better understand the world in the light of the Gospel. We, as the San Paolo Publishing Group, try to do our part by disseminating the commented magisterial documents in our bookstores, with our editions and also with Famiglia Cristiana. The real question is: how many really “feed” there?
