The Bruni-Sarkozy couple joined forces a few years ago with the billionaire and founder of the Banijay Groupe group Stéphane Courbit, and the Prats family, a world leader in the wine sector, to acquire Château d’Estoublon in Provence. A magnificent property of more than 200 hectares, located in Fontivielle in the Alpilles massif, and which is full of vines and olive groves.
The Sarkozys own 25% of this estate, which includes no less than 19 hectares of vines, and they are responsible for the proper development of the brand. In their bag, a range of alcohol-free rosés and whites and a sparkling wine, always without alcohol, L’Excessive as it goes by, which Carla Bruni particularly likes.
“I love the culture of wine, its sensation. I entered into the Roseblood adventure after experiencing love at first sight while visiting the Estoublon estate, I’m really talking about love at first sight, and like all feelings, it’s something difficult to describe”explained the main concerned to the media Land of Wine last February.
