Valuable companies. The good that works is the Famiglia Cristiana podcast that talks about an often little-narrated face of the economy: that of companies which, alongside the economic result, choose to take on a concrete and ongoing social responsibility.
The project was born from the experience of the column of the same name and broadens its scope, bringing listeners inside large and small companies to meet the people who create, coordinate and live inclusion, solidarity and sustainable development projects. Not just initiatives told, but processes explained: how they arise, how they are supported, what relationships they activate and what impact they generate over time.
Every episode it gives space to more voices: the institutional one, which conveys vision and strategy, and that of those directly involved in the field, employees, operators, social partners or beneficiaries, to offer a complete and authentic look. What emerges are stories of canteens for those in difficulty, corporate volunteering, training and job placement paths, environmental projects and interventions in fragile communities, in Italy and abroad.
There is management Luca Ceredajournalist from Famiglia Cristiana, who accompanies the story with a rigorous and accessible narrative style, attentive to data but also to people. In the direction and editorial staff, Michele Tutone takes care of the technical part.
A podcast that does not celebrate, but observes and delves deeper. Why the goodwhen it translates into choices and actions, is not accessory: it’s part of the job. And it can become, day after day, a concrete form of shared future.
