Since 2022, the war in Ukraine has turned the life of Inna, 39, and her three children upside down. Their home, their dreams and their entire life’s sacrifices were wiped out by the bombings.
After a desperate escape through Poland, the family finally arrived in Italy seeking refuge and dignity. Despite the tireless support of volunteers and Inna’s great fortitude, starting from scratch in a foreign country remains an almost impossible challenge without adequate resources. Today all four live suspended between the trauma of the past and an uncertain future. We have the power to offer them a real opportunity.
